ESSENTIAL AFTER CARE PACKAGE

RENTING YOUR PROPERTY
- Rental Management of your property with Sun Holiday Homes allows you to relax knowing you are in good hands.
- Your property will appear under “rent” on our website with text and photos.

- The keys to your property are kept in a safe. They are brought to you at your home on your or your tenants arrival.

BILL PAYMENT SERVICE
- Payment of accounts relating to your property. Such as water, electricity, taxes. You pay a deposit and every 3 months a report is sent regarding your expenses.

CLEANING
- Turkey: The Spring cleanservice for your property dates are open for you to decide, eg before you arrive or after you leave.
